A leading pharmaceutical services company in the United Kingdom is seeking a results-driven IT Project Manager to lead various technology projects, focusing on infrastructure deployment and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate should possess 7-10 years of relevant experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate across various levels. This role requires knowledge of regulatory requirements and includes managing complex projects with minimal disruption to operations, making it an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about technology and project management.
Manage end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects, including networks, data centers, cloud platforms, identity management, and security tools. Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Security, Engineering, Quality, Compliance, Vendors) across global regions. Ensure projects align with regulatory requirements (GxP, FDA, ISO 27001) and corporate cybersecurity standards. Oversee system deployments, upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning with minimal operational disruption. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies using standard PM methodologies (Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall). Drive cybersecurity initiatives such as SOC enablement, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, and incident response readiness. Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and executive communications. Support audits, validation activities, and compliance assessments related to IT and cybersecurity systems. Perform other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
