Lead Technology Integration Workstream
  • Drive the financial planning and data integration workstream within a broader transformation or modernization program.
  • Align integration strategy with enterprise financial systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across planning, reporting, and forecasting platforms.
Manage Project Roadmap and Delivery Execution
  • Build and maintain a detailed roadmap covering milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Oversee day-to-day execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope, quality, and compliance standards.
Drive Data Integration, Migration, and Validation
  • Lead the design and execution of data migration, validation, and reconciliation processes to support accurate financial and operational reporting.
  • Collaborate with data and technology teams to ensure robust, secure data pipelines between core systems (e.g., ERP, EPM, data warehouse).
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Serve as the bridge between Finance, Operations, Technology, and Data teams to ensure alignment on priorities, requirements, and timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating technical concepts into actionable business insights.
Reporting and Risk Management
  • Provide regular updates and performance metrics to program leadership and executive sponsors.
  • Identify, track, and escalate delivery risks or blockers promptly, ensuring proactive resolution.
Compliance, Scalability, and Security
  • Ensure that all solutions meet financial services regulatory requirements, data privacy policies, and enterprise security standards.
  • Promote scalable design principles to support growth, automation, and future innovation.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience leading complex data and systems integration projects (e.g., ERP, EPM, FP&A, or data warehouse modernization).
  • Strong understanding of financial data models, planning processes, and regulatory considerations in banking or investment environments.
