SharkNinja is seeking a self-motivated Technical Project Manager to join our London engineering team. This role blends product direction with technical delivery, partnering with design managers and engineers to bring NPD products to market in a hybrid London office.
You'll drive daily tasks, track schedules in Jira, communicate with global teams, and prepare updates for executives. A solid engineering background and proven project management experience are essential for success.

SharkNinja is looking for a self‑motivated Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join the Engineering Team.
The TPM is the ‘glue’ within the team, aligning project direction and decision points with key members from all business disciplines and will work as a partner to the design manager/engineers with joint responsibility for delivering NPD product(s) to market. We work with a hybrid model, 3 days a week in our iconic Battersea Power Station London office.
The technical project manager is responsible for the ‘WHAT’ that is being delivered, the design manager/engineers are responsible for ‘HOW’ this is delivered. Jointly they are responsible for:
The successful candidate will be able to understand complex technical challenges and be able to rely on information to non‑technical cross‑functional teams. The candidate will also be able to support the project team on some technical activities. They will need to show good listening and influencing skills, with the confidence to achieve collaborative working relationships.
