Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital products and services.
• Develop and maintain structured project plans, ensuring all milestones and outcomes are achieved.
• Monitor progress, budgets and risks to ensure projects stay on track.
• Facilitate workshops, stand-ups and review sessions with internal teams and clients.
• Maintain effective communication and strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and governance.
• Identify opportunities for further collaboration and future work with existing clients.
• Provide leadership and motivation to your team, ensuring a positive and productive working environment.

Essential Experience

• At least three years of experience in project management within a digital, technology or software development environment.
• Experience managing delivery teams that include designers, developers and technical specialists.
• Practical experience using Jira, Confluence or similar collaboration tools.
• Proven success in delivering large-scale agile projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience supporting teams working remotely and maintaining strong delivery standards.
• Understanding of project governance, documentation and reporting processes.
• Confidence in facilitating client workshops and structured discussions.

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience line managing, mentoring or coaching others.
• A track record of identifying and securing follow-on work with clients.
• Experience working in a fast-paced or high-performance environment.
• A recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2, Scrum Master or AgilePM.
