Job summary

Titanicom Tech Limited seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead data center infrastructure projects across the UK and Europe. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, track risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering/CS/IT, 5+ years in technical project management, and familiarity with PM methodologies. PMP or PRINCE2 is preferred, and fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
• Experience delivering Data Center, IT Infrastructure, Network, Telecom, or Mission Critical projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Fluent English is required; Chinese language skills are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, driving timely resolution.

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage technical documentation, change control, and project governance.
• Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, testing, and project acceptance activities where applicable.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
