Job summary

NXP Semiconductors is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join the Crypto and Security Project Management Office. You will coordinate security activities across Product Development Teams from concept through certification, communicating schedules, risks and issues to drive timely closures.

The role reports to the Head of the Crypto and Security PMO and is based at NXP sites in Glasgow, UK or Gratkorn, Austria.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Security Engineering or Computer Engineering.
Experience as Technical Lead / Product Owner with PM experience in semiconductors.
Management experience with proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Experience with MS Project or similar PM tools.
Understanding of embedded system design and architecture.
Knowledge of security concepts and standards ISO 21434 and IEC 62443 preferred.

Responsibilities

Represent Security Group on Product Development projects from concept to security certification.
Support Teams applying the CC for Crypto and Security PM Methodology.
Facilitate project calls with global cross-functional teams.
Escalate security issues as first line of contact.
Write Security Group Reports for Milestone Reviews.
Create top level project plans with milestones and timelines.
Ensure security goals are met and risks mitigated.
Travel 1-2 times per year when necessary.
