Job Description

We currently have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Project Manager with strong technical expertise to join a leading projects team within the broadcast and cinematic production sector. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in cinematic cameras, lenses, and multicam setups, who is ready to take ownership of projects from single lens to multi-camera cinematic productions and lead them from planning through to delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Work directly with the Technical Director to manage projects ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Liaise directly with clients to understand technical and creative requirements, and provide expert guidance
  • Plan and oversee resources, including crew, equipment, and logistics
  • Lead on technical workflows involving cinematic cameras, lenses, and multicam setups
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, rental partners, and vendors to ensure resources are available for projects
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement within the projects team
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong technical knowledge of cinematic cameras, lenses, and multicam workflows
  • Some exposure to working on and managing the delivery of projects
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
  • Strong organisational and logistical planning abilities
  • Knowledge of the cinematic/broadcast hire market and supplier network
  • A background in production, technical project delivery, or rental house operations is highly advantageous
