Overview

GoHire.inen is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our team. As the Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our technical projects from concept to implementation. You will work closely with our development team and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and plan project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and budget
• Identify and manage potential risks and issues that may impact project progress
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and clients
• Communicate project status, progress, and any changes to stakeholders and project team
• Conduct project meetings to provide updates and actionable items
• Create and maintain project documentation, including project reports, requirements, and specifications
• Lead and motivate project team members to ensure project goals are achieved
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure project deliverables meet specified standards
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within projects
• Ensure project delivery according to best practices and quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in a software development environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
• Experience with project management software, such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana
• Prior experience in a client-facing role is a plus
