Qualifications

• Project Manager who has delivered technical engineering projects in hardware, embedded software, firmware, semiconductor IP, or similar environments.
• You don’t need to be an engineer, but you must be comfortable speaking with engineers and understanding how real engineering gets done.

Project Manager – Complex Engineering Delivery

Southampton (Hybrid 2–3 days/week) | £75k–£90k + Bonus + Equity + Sponsorship

The team develops advanced wireless communication technology — hardware, firmware and software that ends up in real 5G and satellite systems. They need someone who can bring structure, clarity and momentum to cross-functional engineering projects.
