Job summary

TRIA is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of the platform for customers, acting as the primary contact during onboarding and implementation. You will work with customer success, engineering, data and design teams to coordinate internal efforts and ensure a seamless journey from kickoff to go-live.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in SaaS project management, thrive in client-facing settings, and can translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in SaaS.
• Experience in client-facing roles and complex cross-functional technical environments.
• Ability to own delivery end-to-end and communicate technical concepts clearly.

We're massively excited to be recruiting exclusively for a Technical Project Manager to join a dynamic, Start Up-style team within a global, data-driven organisation. Think fast-moving, collaborative, and autonomous - no slow processes and red tape here!

A Typical Day-to-Day

You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of the groups platform to customers, acting as the primary point of contact during onboarding and implementation. Working closely with customer success, engineering, data, and design teams, you’ll be a dab hand at coordinating internal teams, managing timelines, and ensuring clients have a seamless journey from kickoff to go-live.

Pension contributions doubled - I.E. put in 6% you get 18% total!

The Work You’ll Own:

• Lead the seamless onboarding and implementation of the platform for primarily Enterprise clients.
• Keep projects on track, managing timelines, risks, and priorities.
• Coordinate technical delivery, including any customisations or data work.
• Track progress, report updates, and ensure smooth collaboration across team.
