As a TechnicalProjectM anage r atLight &Wonderyou will bepart of a teamat thecentreof project work withintheTechnical Operationsdepartment, aligning the resources from various teamsbased onthe requirements and timelines from business stakeholders. You will be in close contact with multiple teams across the Company to ensure priorities are in line with expectations.

Responsibilities include :
  • Oversight of projects that require resources from the Technical Operationsresources.
  • Create project plans for the projects involving TechOps.
  • Work with the Teamsto ensure resource allocation forallprojects.
  • Follow up on progress of all projects andensure project plansareup to date.
  • Report on progress to management and stake holders.
  • Facilitate weekly status meetings and regular stand ups.
  • Work togetheronother departmentled initiativesforallprojects that require TechOpsresources.
  • Work together with change management to make sure that all the changes are inline with company policy and inplace for the project work.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years'experience as a project manager
  • Ability to take leadership and responsibility
  • Structured and thorough, with an attention to detail
  • Independent, withgood communicationskills
  • Professional attitude towards the business
  • Result oriented and pragmatic
  • A willingness to adapt and learn
  • Proactive in seeking updates, in reaching out to technical teams across the business and inidentifyingpotential project slips and blockers
Nice to have
  • Experience from working with complex systems, particularly Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) deployments
  • Academic degree in Engineering, BusinessAdministrationor equivalent work experience.
  • Experience from the gaming and / or digital business
