A leading technology company in Cambridge is searching for a Technical Program Manager to facilitate efficient engineering project setups. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in operations management, export compliance, and contractor oversight. Responsibilities include collaborating with various departments, implementing automation tools, and ensuring compliance throughout project life cycles. We are looking for an expert Technical Program Manager with strong expertise in IP Governance and engineering project setup. The ideal candidate will enable the engineering team to work in an efficient and conforming workspace. The individual will require a solid knowledge of SOC (ASIC) engineering development workflows and teamwork tool suites; strong understanding of export compliance, contractual IP protection and rights with external vendors and vast background on handling contractors and external partners; as well as deep insight into IT infrastructure capabilities and risk. This role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to streamline operations through automation and governance.
