Technical Project Architect Job in London at a design-led and socially conscious architecture practice in London as a Technical Project Architect. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead complex façade remedial projects while contributing to the design and delivery of innovative new build schemes.

London-based RIBA Chartered Practice known for delivering environmentally responsible, technically rigorous and beautifully designed buildings. With a collaborative studio culture and a focus on meaningful architecture that enhances communities, the practice offers a supportive environment for professional growth and innovation.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead and contribute to the design and technical delivery of façade remedial projects, with input on wider new build schemes as required
  • Oversee detailed design and construction packages from concept through to completion
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors; lead meetings and workshops
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations, ensuring compliance across all project stages
  • Assist with duties as Building Regulations Principal Designer on selected projects
  • Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing
Required Skills & Experience
  • ARB-registered Architect with 5-10 years post-Part 2 experience (ideally 5 years post-Part 3)
  • Proven experience in technical design and delivery of UK construction projects, particularly façade remediation
  • Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and CDM duties
  • Experience acting as or supporting a Principal Designer is highly desirable
  • Excellent detailing skills for retrofit and remedial works
  • Proficiency in Revit is a must have
  • Strong communication, organisation and project management skills
