The WIMSI Tech TPM team is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives that deliver the next generation of marketing systems. As a TPM, you will partner closely with engineering, science, and product leaders across WW to define requirements, manage dependencies, and execute complex programs at scale. You will translate ambiguous business needs into clear technical roadmaps, and ensure delivery of systems that serve diverse stakeholders—from retail and Prime, to advertising and creative teams.

The ideal candidate is a problem solver with experience managing large-scale distributed systems, driving execution across technical and business teams, and demonstrating exceptional judgment in balancing speed, quality, and long-term scalability. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Amazon’s marketing technology stack, creating durable systems that enable faster decision-making, richer insights, and more customer-obsessed marketing worldwide.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with key stakeholders in product, science, and executive teams to define strategy, requirements, and priorities for global marketing systems.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery of new technology solutions spanning data, automation, and AI—from design through launch—to enable faster, more effective marketing worldwide.
  • Collaborate with globally distributed teams WW to ensure alignment on launch timelines, dependencies, and integration across existing systems.
  • Communicate regularly with senior leadership on program status, risks, dependencies, and change control.
  • Coordinate with engineering, science, and business partners to define schedules, highlight risks, and proactively remove blockers that impact delivery.
  • Drive efficient planning and execution by tracking program status and dependencies through tools, mechanisms, and transparent reporting.
  • Produce schedules, status updates, and program reports tailored for leadership audiences to ensure clarity on progress, risks, and tradeoffs.
  • Host program reviews and working sessions, drive issues to resolution, document decisions, and ensure accountability on action items.
  • Lead retrospectives and continuous improvement efforts, applying learnings to strengthen future program execution and accelerate delivery velocity.
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs and release schedules
  • Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
  • Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
  • Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience working directly with engineering teams
  • Experience in system design
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
