The WIMSI Tech TPM team is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive cross‑functional initiatives that deliver the next generation of marketing systems. As a TPM, you will partner closely with engineering, science, and product leaders across WW to define requirements, manage dependencies, and execute complex programs at scale. You will translate ambiguous business needs into clear technical roadmaps, and ensure delivery of systems that serve diverse stakeholders—from retail and Prime, to advertising and creative teams.
The ideal candidate is a problem solver with experience managing large‑scale distributed systems, driving execution across technical and business teams, and demonstrating exceptional judgment in balancing speed, quality, and long‑term scalability. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Amazon's marketing technology stack, creating durable systems that enable faster decision‑making, richer insights, and more customer‑obsessed marketing worldwide.
