The ideal candidate
  • 5+ years in Technical Program Management, Forward Deployed Engineering, or Customer Engineering in SaaS/AI.
  • Deep comfort operating across technical and non‑technical domains, with strong debugging and troubleshooting instincts.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with daily use of AI tools in your workflow.
