• Serve as primary point of contact for customer program management teams, aligning expectations and deliverables

• Define and manage program scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for successful execution
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and manufacturing teams to drive program success and resolve bottlenecks
• Translate customer requirements into actionable internal plans including demand forecasts and delivery schedules
• Track program performance, identify risks, resource gaps, and dependencies
• Provide regular reporting to leadership and escalate critical issues to maintain project continuity
• Drive cross-functional alignment to meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives

Responsibilities for the Technical Program Manager:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer program management teams, ensuring alignment on expectations and deliverables.
• Lead customer lifecycle management activities, including daily meetings, status updates, and requirement tracking.
• Define and manage program scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering, and manufacturing teams to drive program success and resolve bottlenecks.
• Translate customer requirements such as demand forecasts, delivery schedules, and specifications into actionable internal plans.
• Track program performance and proactively identify risks, resource gaps, and dependencies.
• Provide regular reporting to leadership and elevate critical issues to maintain project continuity.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure product delivery meets quality, cost, and timeline objectives.

Qualifications for the Technical Program Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within complex technical environments.
• Experience within the interconnect, electronics, or high-speed connector industry strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Compensation for the Technical Program Manager:

• Salary range: $110,000 - $150,000 annually (depending on experience)
