Job summary

Plexus Resource Solutions Ltd is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive execution across engineering, product and leadership, joining a small, highly technical team ahead of a major launch milestone.

You will manage cross-functional programs, coordinate with vendors and security auditors, and maintain lean processes to avoid bureaucracy while delivering critical milestones. Fully remote (CET) with European base.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical program or project management in complex software environments.
• Track record of delivering cross-functional technical programs and hitting major milestones.
• Solid understanding of how blockchains work and hands-on Web3 experience.
• Comfortable in GitHub (reading code, PRs, epics, small operational changes)
• Experience managing technical vendors, security auditors or infrastructure dependencies.

Plexus has partnered with a Web3 infrastructure team building core protocol technology focused on making it easier for developers to build on blockchain networks.

They’re now looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive execution across engineering, product and leadership, joining a small, highly technical team ahead of a major launch milestone.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in technical program or project management in complex software environments
• Track record of delivering cross-functional technical programs and hitting major milestones
• Solid understanding of how blockchains work and hands-on Web3 experience
• Comfortable in GitHub (reading code, PRs, epics, small operational changes)
• Experience managing technical vendors, security auditors or infrastructure dependencies
• Able to run lean processes without adding bureaucracy
• Must be based in Europe

Nice to Have:

• Experience taking a protocol through a major network launch
• Security program experience (audits, bug bounties, threat modelling)
