A leading financial services provider in Bournemouth is seeking a Secure Development Education Program Delivery Manager to educate developers on secure coding practices. This role involves designing training programs, collaborating with partners, and measuring training effectiveness. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and proficiency in coding with Python or Java, along with a solid understanding of secure development principles.

As a Secure Development Education Program Delivery Manager within the Cybersecurity Education & Awareness team, you will play an integral role in educating and empowering developers to secure code from the start. You will work alongside SMEs, partners, and other team members to develop and implement a cohesive blended learning program, scalable for JPMC's Global Technology software engineers around the world.
Proven experience designing, building, and managing successful training programs from start to finish.
