  • Produce technical documentation including RAMS, production schedules, and method statements.
  • CAD & Schematics: Be prepared to train and develop CAD skills to produce accurate pre-production drawings and technical schematics (including signal flow, networking, and power distribution).
  • Coordinate crew, logistics, transport, and equipment in collaboration with warehouse and operations teams.
  • Liaise with venues and suppliers to confirm logistics, technical services, and compliance.
  • On-Site Delivery: Act as the lead Production Manager on-site for key projects.
  • Oversee technical installation and live operation of AV, LED, IT, and networking systems.
  • Manage on-site crew and contractors, ensuring health & safety and quality standards are upheld.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring expectations are exceeded.
  • Troubleshoot in real-time, providing calm and effective leadership during live delivery.
  • General & Team Collaboration: Support operational planning and scheduling across the production department.
  • Help refine internal workflows, production processes, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
  • Flexibly assist other teams as needed to ensure overall project success.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 3-5 years\' experience in technical production/project management in live events, exhibitions, or corporate conferences.
  • Strong working knowledge of AV systems, LED technology, IT networks, and live production workflows.
  • Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with exceptional time management and attention to detail.
  • Confident in leading teams on-site and engaging directly with clients.
  • Comfortable working with budgets, quotes, and resource allocation.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office; CAD and schematic software experience (or willingness to learn) is a plus.
  • Health & Safety knowledge (IOSH or NEBOSH preferred).
  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours during event periods.
  • Full UK driving licence and valid passport.
Working Hours
  • Office-based: 37.5 hours/week (flexible based on workload).
  • On-site: As project demands dictate (evenings/weekends/travel may be required).
