Job summary

Qureight Ltd seeks a technically-minded Product Owner to drive agile delivery for the Platform team across global trial sites and studies. You will translate requirements into technical user stories, work with engineers on implementation, and ensure alignment with customer needs and sound engineering practice.

Based in Cambridge or London, you’ll collaborate with Clinical Operations, sponsors, and platform users to shape roadmap and deliver features with strong UX input and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Product Owner or moving into delivery roles within an engineering team.
• Strong experience with Agile practices (sprint planning, refinement, retrospectives).
• Ability to translate requirements into implementation-ready stories and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own agile delivery for the Platform team, turning requirements into a well-organised backlog.
• Translate user requirements into technical and architectural decisions for the Platform team.
• Break requirements into implementation-ready stories and tasks with engineers on sequencing.
• Define acceptance criteria and test specs for backlog items and validate outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Platform team through planning, refinement, and review ceremonies.
• Provide UX input to feature design and prioritisation for internal and external users.
• Surface technical constraints, feasibility, and delivery risk to inform prioritisation.
• Ensure GxP-relevant requirements are documented and validated per ISMS and software policy.
