The ideal candidate has substantial product management experience in a technical setting, with an engineering or mechanical background, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel within the UK and internationally. Office-based in Romsey.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management or a technical role.
• Engineering or mechanical background preferred.
• Experience in product development or supplier management.
• Strong grasp of specifications, costs, pricing and margins.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Confident using Excel and business systems.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop product ranges and supplier relationships.
