Job summary

Wayve is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the roadmap for vehicle platform features and coordinate requirements across engineering, PM, and customers. You will translate needs into clear workflows, define KPI metrics, and balance tradeoffs across teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

The role emphasizes improving tooling, data access, and scalable workflows while coordinating across reference vehicles and customer programs.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience shipping autonomy/AV features end-to-end (concept through validation and release).
  • Strong systems thinking and impact assessment across platform changes and downstream data/tools/ops.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence across teams up to leadership.
  • Track record coordinating cross-functional execution across multiple teams for complex programs.
  • 2+ years hands-on in embedded platforms including architecture, development, and validation.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve roadmap for development and experimentation vehicle platform features.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements across engineering, program management, and internal customers and translate into workflows, specs, and measurable success criteria.
  • Define and track platform KPIs and maintain view of current capabilities and future plans.
  • Make product tradeoffs and manage stakeholder expectations across competing priorities.
  • Reduce time to debug, deploy experiments, and access data by improving tooling and processes.
  • Drive reuse and scalability of capabilities across reference vehicles and customer programs, minimizing one-off configurations.
  • Improve consistency between internal development environments and customer-operated workflows.

Job description

Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year

  • We prefer prior experience working with external customers or partner programs and translating needs into productized workflows.
  • We prefer familiarity with automotive real-time environments, AI compute platforms, and sensors.

The role offers a reasonably estimated salary range of $276,100 to $311,400 plus a competitive equity package, and we support an inclusive interview experience with accommodations available if needed.
