Are you a technically minded Pricing Actuary or Data Scientist who loves solving complex problems and bringing data to life? This leading global insurance business are looking for a Modelling specialist to help drive the evolution of their Commercial Insurance pricing capabilities. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where your models will directly influence underwriting decisions across Property, Casualty, Financial Lines, and more.

As a Modelling expert, you will:

  • Build and enhance risk models across a range of commercial insurance products.
  • Develop smart, scalable pricing tools to support growth in our small commercial market.
  • Refresh and recalibrate models to reflect emerging experience and market trends.
  • Bring new data sources into the modelling ecosystem to strengthen predictive accuracy.
  • Collaborate with actuaries, underwriters, data experts, and global pricing teams to share ideas and best practices.
  • Contribute to our pricing transformation journey, including modernising raters and developing models in Radar.
  • Help standardise modelling processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
What you’ll bring
  • Significant pricing and modelling experience with some knowledge of P&C products.
  • Strong coding skills – Python and SQL are essential; WTW Radar experience is a big plus.
  • Proven ability to independently build, validate, and review predictive models.
  • A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
