Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification in HVAC/R or Mechanical disciplines.

• Experience using product selection software and pricing/sales tools.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage several priorities.
• Knowledge of other European languages is advantageous.
• Occasional business trips to Europe.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to distributors, consultants and end users in the UK and Europe.

Technical Pre-Sales Engineer (VRF/VRV Air-Conditioning products and systems) - west London, UK (with option of hybrid working)

A new vacancy for a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer with European division of leading global manufacturer of high-efficiency heating & cooling products. Based at the company's offices in the west London / Middlesex area, the Technical Pre-Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to its distributors, consultants and end users in the UK and Europe. Candidates should have an engineering qualification in a relevant technical discipline (such as HVAC/R, Mechanical Engineering, etc), with at least 2yrs experience working with VRF/VRV products in a role that has involved supporting customers and/or distributors.

Key requirements:

• Relevant Engineering qualification (such as HVAC/R, Mechanical Engineering, etc)
• Technical experience with VRF/VRV air-conditioning products/systems (2yrs+)
• Experience using PRODUCT SELECTION SOFTWARE AND PRODUCT PRICING/SALES TOOLS
• Fluent English, both oral and written
• Strong communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of other European language(s) would also be an advantage
