Job summary

Postify is seeking a skilled Remedial Plumber to deliver high-quality plumbing and water hygiene remedial works on site. You will perform pipework modifications, faults diagnosis, and system upgrades, while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires hands-on expertise, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work independently within on-site teams. A full UK driving licence is essential, with company vehicle provided in the package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in remedial plumbing and maintenance works.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability.
• Experience working on-site, including plant rooms and confined spaces.
• Good understanding of water systems and general plumbing compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing remedial works including pipework modifications, valve replacements, and system upgrades
• Diagnose faults, leaks, and non-compliant installations, providing effective solutions
• Assist with and carry out tank cleaning, disinfection, and system flushing works
• Ensure correct application of control measures and disinfection procedures
• Work from risk assessments, method statements, and site instructions
• Complete works safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and certificates
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and other site personnel
• Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and industry standards
