This is a great opportunity for an experienced planning professional with strong knowledge of planning administration and application processes to support the smooth and efficient running of the Planning Service. You will also be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, providing information for FOI/EIR requests, processing payments and reconciling transactions, as well as identifying opportunities to improve processes and the customer experience.
