Line Setter / Tech Op (Full‑Time, Permanent)

Pay

£14.00 per hour (Pay review to increase to £15 per hour after 3 months) (Initially £17.16 with shift allowance on late shift)

Shift Options
  • 6am – 3pm, Monday to Friday
  • 6am – 5pm, Monday to Thursday
  • 2pm – 10pm, Monday to Friday – Main shift currently recruiting for.
Overview

Our client is seeking experienced Line Setters / Tech Ops to join their expanding team. The successful candidates will be expected to hit the ground running, with proven experience in setting up packaging lines within a FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Change over and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance throughout the packaging process.
  • Perform regular maintenance on equipment.
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise during production.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
