Role: Technical Operator, L Plant - A Shift
Salary: £35,913.80
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm
Location: Carlisle, 54 Church Street, Cumbria, CA2 5TG

What will this role achieve?
Technical Operators are accountable for carrying out tasks within the machinery. They will work closely with the ATM/Supervisor about any issues that they come across to ensure customer supply. The role requires flexibility and good communication skills. All training will be provided.
The role requires a “can do” attitude, and a commitment to high standards within a busy team. Key tasks include moving lines across the factory as required.

Assessments – Swift Comprehensive Aptitude assessment plus a Workplace English assessment, taking around 45–60 minutes.
Interview – 45–60 minute competency-based interview based on our company values and your experience.
