Job Title: Technical Operations Analyst - Fully Remote (MUST BE BASED IN THE UK) - No Sponsorship Available

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between our client and their end client for any SOC technical queries or issues.
• Coordinate responses and troubleshooting.
• Manage the SOC and act as a trusted technical advisor and escalation point.
• Provide extensive technical support throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Own the technical delivery model to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal supplier resolver teams.
• Ensure a seamless experience for the customer through effective operations.
