Ernest Gordon Recruitment is working with a Hertfordshire-based specialist in lighting control systems to appoint a Technical Manager (NPD / Electronics). You will oversee the entire R&D process and report directly to the Managing Director, shaping product strategy and technical direction.

The role requires NPD or R&D experience in electronics and proven senior management experience. The company offers progression, a competitive salary of £70,000–£80,000, and an on-site parking-enabled office
