We're hiring a Technical Manager to join a flagship scheme in East London, acting as the Technical & Design Site Lead for a leading Tier 1 residential developer. You'll oversee all technical and design coordination on site, liaising with consultants, resolving design issues, ensuring buildability, and acting as the bridge between site delivery and design intent. This is a hands‑on role with influence across delivery, build, and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical coordination for live site works
• Manage design queries, RFIs, and on‑site clashes
• Work closely with project managers, site teams & consultants
• Review drawings and specifications for buildability
• Ensure compliance with current regs, standards, and technical detail
• Represent the developer with clarity, confidence, and technical rigour

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in residential or mixed‑use developments
• Experience being the Technical/Design site lead
• Background with a Developer or Main Contractor
• Strong on‑site presence and a solution‑led approach
• Capable of engaging with stakeholders across build, design, and client teams
• Technically astute and commercially aware
• East London‑based, Up to £92k travel package
