As Technical Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting this organisation's Corporate locations — helping to deliver a premium workplace experience that reflects their global brand standards, values, and expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the delivery of all technical services, systems, and infrastructure on-site.
  • Ensure full compliance with all current and emerging legislation — including Building Regulations, CDM, Health & Safety, and environmental standards.
  • Provide hands-on technical assistance and guidance to the engineering team when required.
  • Build and maintain a trusted partnership with the client, focusing on service quality, communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop your team to ensure a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and enhanced service delivery.
