• Proven experience within a similar Technical or Quality Assurance Management role in a food manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of BRCGS, Organic standards and retailers code of practice.

• Oversee all technical aspects of a packing facility.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Lead and develop the technical team.
• Coordinate and participate in investigations of food safety and quality incidents.
