A leading drinks business in the UK is seeking a Technical Manager for a 9-month maternity cover. The role involves managing end-to-end technical operations, ensuring compliance with food safety legislation, and maintaining supplier relationships. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the beverages or food sector. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills to lead a small team and manage KPIs effectively.
Technical Manager (9 month FTC) – Up to £60,000 (pro‑rata) – London (hybrid)
Pod Talent are excited to be partnering with one of the fastest growing drinks businesses in the UK, who are looking for a technical manager to join their team for a 9 month maternity cover.
In this role, you will be responsible for all end‑to‑end technical operations, leading all EPD and NDP activity, managing issues across complaints and quality, technical strategy, managing relationships with external parties such as manufacturers and 3PL partners, as well as managing artwork and legal compliance. This is a fantastic role if you enjoy being hands‑on and getting stuck into any task at hand! You will also be managing 1 direct report.
