Starting in the new year, you'll be instrumental in driving design excellence, managing a talented team, and ensuring the successful delivery of key projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design process, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring that projects meet technical specifications and client requirements.
• Oversee a team of designers and engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Review and approve technical drawings, designs, and engineering solutions, ensuring high standards are maintained.
• Drive continuous improvement in design processes, integrating the latest technologies and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.

Key Skills and Experience

• Significant experience as a Technical Design Manager or in a senior design role within a relevant industry.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration and delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience working in client-facing environments relationships.
• In-depth understanding of industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance processes.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, design, or a related field is preferred.
