What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and motivating a team of HVAC engineers, ensuring high quality and timely service delivery
• Developing and implementing service strategies to drive efficiency, growth and customer satisfaction
• Managing recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training within the department
• Preparing and overseeing quotations for PPM renewals, remedials and project works
• Planning and scheduling workloads, ensuring effective resource allocation
• Managing service budgets, monitoring expenditure and identifying cost‑savings opportunities
