Our client, a privately owned bespoke developer operating throughout Kent and Sussex, are looking for a Technical Manager to join their esteemed team. This role promises a stimulating environment where your expertise will be valued and your contributions will directly impact the success of high‑quality residential projects.

As a Technical Manager, you will manage two to three projects from planning inception to completion. This position is based between the Kent head office and various project sites in Sussex, providing a diverse and engaging work setting.

Key Responsibilities
