Job summary

Magnet Recruit Limited is seeking a Technical Manager for a food manufacturing site in West Yorkshire. You will lead and develop the Technical, Quality & Hygiene functions, own the site’s food safety & QMS, and act as the primary technical contact for major audits.

You will ensure compliance with BRCGS, HACCP and relevant legislation, bringing strong experience in retailer standards and customer audits to drive continuous improvement and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Technical Manager or Head of Technical position within a similar food manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Food safety standards.
• Demonstrated understanding of HAACP, TACCP and more.
• Experience managing retailer standards and leading customer audits & 3rd party audits.
• Lead Auditor qualification would be advantageous.
