Technical Manager -Lancashire -£45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)

This is a rare opportunity to join a successful food manufacturing business in a key leadership position. As a factory based Technical Manager, you will lead the technical/quality function across the site, ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Working closely with both technical and operational teams, you will play a pivotal role in driving a strong quality culture throughout the business while developing and inspiring your team.
