A well-established, growing food manufacturer based in Park Royal is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to take ownership of a small team, all site food safety and technical systems. This is a key leadership role for someone who enjoys building structure, processes, and standards from the ground up. You'll be joining a business that's expanding quickly and looking for a confident, proactive technical professional who can create robust systems and drive best practice across the site.

  • Maintain and develop HACCP, food safety, and BRCGS standards, preparing for and managing all internal and external audits.
  • Partner closely with Production, NPD, and Supply Chain to ensure raw material, process, and finished product integrity.
  • Manage customer relationships from a technical perspective - responding to queries, complaints, and audits.
  • Deliver training and guidance to the wider team to embed a strong food safety and quality culture.
  • Investigate non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and lead continuous improvement activity.

  • Proven experience of building or improving QMS frameworks and implementing new systems from scratch.
