Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the application of technical content, providing expert guidance and thought leadership in cross‑team forums such as TPWG, PSC, and MJG
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to support the implementation of key changes and ensure the accuracy of technical literature
- Conduct quality assurance reviews within your team to verify amendments, updates, and new information are accurate and compliant
- Offer technical literature consultancy and actively participate in forums such as VC, Product Review, and Brand reviews to shape content strategies
- Engage in key business cycles like Product Review, Customer Renewals, and cost optimisation projects, providing technical expertise and thought leadership
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, ensuring requests are managed within agreed SLAs and guiding cross‑functional teams on key projects
- Support the development and delivery of systems and processes aligned with regulatory requirements (FCA/PRA, GDPR, business continuity, etc.), simplifying language and removing unnecessary complexity
- Track delivery against project timelines and regulatory commitments, ensuring literature is produced on time and to a high standard
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in managing technical product literature within insurance, healthcare, or financial services sectors
- Strong knowledge of FCA/PRA, GDPR, and regulatory compliance related to health and insurance products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and compliant content

- High attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy in all deliverables
- Creative thinker with a passion for simplifying complex language and improving processes
- Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritise multiple projects, and deliver within tight deadlines
- Knowledge of healthcare, provider practices, and market trends, with strategic awareness of the insurance landscape
