Job description
Description

At AXA Health, our success depends on clear, accurate, and compliant technical literature that supports our products and services across SME, individual, and large corporate markets. We are committed to delivering high-quality content that informs our customers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring compliance, clarity, and customer confidence.

As a Technical Literature Manager, you will lead the creation, review, and technical implementation of key product literature. Working through matrix-managed teams, you’ll ensure content accuracy, regulatory compliance, and clarity. You’ll be a key influencer across business units, supporting continuous improvement in our documentation and processes, and providing expert guidance to ensure our literature meets both business and regulatory standards.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Lead and manage the application of technical content, providing expert guidance and thought leadership in cross-team forums such as TPWG, PSC, and MJG
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to support the implementation of key changes and ensure the accuracy of technical literature
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews within your team to verify amendments, updates, and new information are accurate and compliant
  • Offer technical literature consultancy and actively participate in forums such as VC, Product Review, and Brand reviews to shape content strategies
  • Engage in key business cycles like Product Review, Customer Renewals, and cost optimisation projects, providing technical expertise and thought leadership
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, ensuring requests are managed within agreed SLAs and guiding cross-functional teams on key projects
  • Support the development and delivery of systems and processes aligned with regulatory requirements (FCA/PRA, GDPR, business continuity, etc.), simplifying language and removing unnecessary complexity
  • Track delivery against project timelines and regulatory commitments, ensuring literature is produced on time and to a high standard, with positive feedback from internal customers

Due to the number of applications we expect to receive for this role, we reserve the right to close this advert earlier than the listed closing date to ensure we’re able to effectively manage interest. Therefore, if you’re interested in joining us at AXA, please don’t hesitate to apply.

What you’ll bring:
  • Extensive experience in managing technical product literature within insurance, healthcare, or financial services sectors
  • Strong knowledge of FCA/PRA, GDPR, and regulatory compliance related to health and insurance products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and compliant content
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and manage relationships across functions and with external suppliers
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy in all deliverables
  • Creative thinker with a passion for simplifying complex language and improving processes
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritise multiple projects, and deliver within tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of healthcare, PMI, provider practices, and market trends, with strategic awareness of the insurance landscape

  • Competitive annual salary of up to £55,000
  • Annual company & performance-based bonus
