A leading health services provider in the UK is seeking a Technical Literature Manager to oversee the creation and quality of product literature. The role involves ensuring content accuracy and compliance while leading cross-team collaborations. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in technical literature management within regulated sectors, such as insurance or healthcare. As a Technical Literature Manager, you will lead the creation, review, and technical implementation of key product literature. Working through matrix-managed teams, you’ll ensure content accuracy, regulatory compliance, and clarity. You’ll be a key influencer across business units, supporting continuous improvement in our documentation and processes, and providing expert guidance to ensure our literature meets both business and regulatory standards.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
