A leading logistics software company is seeking a Technical Lead – Mobile (Flutter) to lead the mobile app ecosystem. You'll ensure high-quality, secure solutions and mentor a team of developers while engaging in hands-on architecture and development. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in mobile development, particularly with Flutter, and a passion for enhancing customer experience through innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in mobile development, with 5+ years in commercial Flutter development.
• Proficiency in native mobile development (Android or iOS) with 3+ years of commercial experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, development, and delivery across mobile platforms.
• Translate business requirements into implementation tasks and ensure delivery.
• Mentor and coach team members through 1:1s and technical guidance.
