Responsibilities

  • Manage the full customer journey ensuring exceptional service.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams.
  • Process contracts, quotes, and hire administration accurately.
  • Manage off-hire requests and close jobs efficiently.
  • Respond professionally to queries maintaining high service standards.
  • Use CRM data to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate technical support.
  • Resolve issues to support operational excellence.
