G MASS Consulting are seeking a graduate with a Computer Science degree (or related) to join our London Market Insurance client on a digital transformation project.

Our client is expanding their digital ingestion services - an AI-driven solution that automates the processing of complex underwriting submissions. Following its successful launch within other classes of business, the tool is now being scaled for use across other lines.

They’re looking for a graduate to support this rollout - working closely with the Product Manager, Product Owner and cross‑functional delivery teams to ensure smooth delivery, clear communication and effective stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Product Manager and Product Owner with analysis, planning, and delivery
  • Documenting current business processes and identifying areas for improvement
  • Translating business requirements into clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborating with underwriters, data and tech teams to gather feedback and refine product needs
  • Supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement and progress tracking
  • Assisting in testing and validation of new features before release
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of product delivery frameworks and user experience
  • Computer science degree (or related)
  • Strong aptitude for learning
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, reconciliation logic)
  • Confidence working with policy admin systems
  • Methodical, detail‑oriented and highly self‑sufficient
  • Able to deliver accurate work to fixed quarterly deadlines

Paying £30k per annum.
