Our highly successful and innovative client, a world‑leading brand for products and services in Industrial Heating Technologies is seeking to source a Technical professional to engage in UK wide sales and business development of their pioneering electrification products.

Candidate Profile
  • Academic Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Thermal Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of Technical Sales/Business Development experience, preferably with a furnace manufacturer or thermal equipment supplier.
  • Experience in an international environment is highly valued
  • Proficiency in Office applications is expected.
  • Full Driving Licence

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients and partners by making regular customer visits, building trust, and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Identify customer needs and propose tailor‑made technical solutions while collaborating with internal departments to provide comprehensive support.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory by prospecting new markets and actively contributing to the commercial strategy.
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations, respond to calls for tenders, and negotiate pricing conditions.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from technical advice to financial follow‑up and final settlement, managing contracts and ensuring comprehensive sales follow‑up.
  • Provide regular reporting and market insights to management and participate in the development of commercial forecasts and strategic plans.
