A facilities management company based in the UK seeks a Technical Facilities Coordinator. This role involves liaising with sub-contractors, managing work order paperwork, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills and be proficient in Microsoft packages. This position offers a fixed-term contract with full-time hours.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Are you looking for a new challenge? Working across the BAE Systems, Air portfolio, you will work closely with the service delivery teams to focus on work order compliance and collation of associated paperwork evidence. The role will include, but is not limited to, the following:
You will need good administration experience, be well organised and be a strong communicator both verbal and in writing. You should be able to adhere to deadlines and work well under pressure. A knowledge of Microsoft packages and IT skills are preferable.
