Job Title: Technical Facilities Coordinator

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Are you looking for a new challenge? Working across the BAE Systems, Air portfolio, you will work closely with the service delivery teams to focus on work order compliance and collation of associated paperwork evidence. The role will include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Liaise with sub-contractors to request work order paperwork
  • Upload paperwork to our CAFM system
  • Report and record any remedial works identified
  • Adhoc requirements

You will need good administration experience, be well organised and be a strong communicator both verbal and in writing. You should be able to adhere to deadlines and work well under pressure. A knowledge of Microsoft packages and IT skills are preferable.

Person Specification:
  • Administration experience.
  • Knowledge of basic IT packages.
  • Excellent communicator both verbal and in writing.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
Health and Safety responsibilities:
  • Follow company policies and procedures at all times;
  • Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;
  • Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received;
  • Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system;
Information Security
  • Ensure compliance with Mitie's information security procedures in all activities;
  • Proactively identify and report security risks to your manager;
  • Report actual and suspected security incidents;
