Technical Engineer – Fenestration Industry

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader in fenestration hardware. You’ll be part of a dedicated technical team, playing a key role in supporting our customers, driving product development, and ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site and telephone technical support for customers and colleagues.
  • Offer expert technical assistance to customers and colleagues via phone and on-site visits.
  • Diagnose and resolve installation and performance issues in the field.
  • Support product testing at customer locations and at our in-house test centre in Daventry.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of new and existing products.
  • Create clear and accurate technical documentation and installation guides.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to introduce new products to customer operations.
  • Travel to customer sites, covering the Midlands to the South Coast, with occasional UK-wide travel.
