You’ll play a key role in ensuring that players have the resources they need to understand game mechanics and enjoy our games.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Write detailed and engaging help content, including game rules, feature descriptions, how‑to guides, and troubleshooting tips for players.
• Ensure all help materials are clear, concise, and easy to follow, catering to players of all experience levels.
• Organize and update content regularly to keep it relevant and accurate with new game features or updates.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure accuracy of the content.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all game help materials, ensuring a friendly and informative approach.
• Manage multiple versions of documentation, ensuring all information stays current and accessible for players.

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

• Proven experience in content writing, especially focused on instructional or game help materials.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple and engaging way.
• Good understanding of casino games is a must have.
• Outstanding editing and proofreading skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with other teams like product development and design.
